Composition: Oil from roasted pumpkin seeds.
Taste: Roasted, nutty taste and aroma. Deep dark green color.
Uses: Best used in cold dishes, this oil complements salads, starches, and root vegetables. It also enhances granola and oatmeal, potatoes (boiled, baked, fried, smashed), leafy greens, fresh carrots, and thick vegetable soups (i.e., pumpkin soup). Tastes incredible over pastries and vanilla ice cream!
