Mango Balsam
Origin: Waldburg, Germany
Composition: Vinegar specialty from brandy vinegar (60%) and mango purée (28%). This vinegar starts with only ripe and healthy mangos of the Carabao mango variety from the Philippines that have been processed into an incomparable fruit purée. Our fair-trade mangos come from the tropical island of Cebu and create a fresh, fruity sensation. In the vinegar manufactory, this rich and high-quality mango purée is used to create an excellent, fruity, and refined balsam.
Taste: Refreshingly sweet and fruity taste.
Uses: Try this vinegar in your next salsa recipe or mixed with our chili oil to marinate chicken and fish. Excellent with mineral water as a refreshing drink. Particularly good with chicken dishes and spicy Mexican dishes. Drizzle on a Caesar salad.
